Week 2 — Jesus Welcomes the Outsider

“There is a seat at the table with your name on it.”

Have you ever felt like you were on the outside looking in? Like your past was too messy, your story too complicated, or your mistakes too big for God to want you? Jesus has something to say about that — and it might surprise you.

This Sunday at ICA Macau, we continue our series Come and See with Week 2: “A Place at the Table: Jesus Welcomes the Outsider.” We’re going to look at how Jesus went out of His way for people that everyone else overlooked — people like Zacchaeus, the Samaritan woman, and the ones no one invited to dinner. He didn’t just tolerate them. He pursued them.

In Luke 19:9–10, Jesus says: “Today salvation has come to this house… For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” That word seek is active. Jesus doesn’t wait for us to get our act together first. He comes looking.

This week, we’ll discover that no story is too broken, no past too far gone, and no person too complicated for His grace. Whether you’ve been walking with Jesus for years or you’re just checking things out — there is a place at His table for you. Not as a visitor. As family.
